STOPPING VEHICLE IN MOTION WITH SHOTGUN
Technique of stopping a vehicle, choosing the right place and time and shooting at one of the front wheels. The front wheels reduce the vehicle’s steering capacity and, in the case of front-wheel drive vehicles, they reduce traction.
The ammunition used depends on the environment, since there is the possibility of ricochets that can affect the occupants of the vehicle or a passerby. Preferably, we will use 12 of 4 cartridges with 6mm diameter leads. Their mass is enough to pierce almost every wheel on the market and, at the same time, they don’t have enough mass for a rebound to cause fatal injuries.
It is very important that the intervening team protect the partner who takes the shot from a possible response from the vehicle occupants.
